Digital audit & B2B growth direction

A world-class maker that search engines had never heard of.

A 37-year-old luxury furniture maker. Five-star hotel clients in the Maldives, Singapore, Miami, Hong Kong, and Kenya. Shown at Maison & Objet in Paris. A world-class reputation, but online, almost nothing: it ranked for nothing but its own name.

We ran a full audit. We mapped the searches buyers actually use (hotel furniture, custom furniture, export), studied five competitors, and found the topics no one in the category had covered. Then we laid out the order to fix things: repair the website, build content that ranks, switch on LinkedIn, then reach interior-design trade buyers.

Brand strategy & repositioning

The brand existed. It just wasn't built for anyone.

An interior fit-out studio with strong work but an everyone-and-no-one identity. "Interiors for everyone" sounds safe, but it meant the brand needed explaining every single time.

We surveyed real condo owners and studied their market, then rebuilt the brand around one clear audience. The result was a sharp sub-brand: a condo and home fit-out specialist. From "we do everything" to "we're the ones for this."

Digital booking growth strategy

A beautiful venue that lived on other people's platforms.

A nature-based group retreat where a river meets the mountains. 4.4 stars from 150+ reviews, but almost every booking came through other apps instead of direct.

We built a booking growth strategy: positioned it as the region's complete river-and-mountain retreat for group bonding, then laid out a four-part plan across content, promotion, the booking process, and Google visibility. Success was tied to direct bookings, not reach for its own sake.

Brand & search audit

Two brands, one search territory to untangle.

A high-end consumer furniture and lifestyle brand with editorial features and celebrity collaborations: tropical, rattan, modern design.

We audited its search territory and showed how it complements, rather than competes with, its sister manufacturing brand. A portfolio-level insight: two names that should own two different searches, not fight over the same one.
