This policy explains what information Raw Clicks collects when you visit raw-clicks.com or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who we are
Raw Clicks is the trade name of Raw-Clicks Digital Marketing Services (DTI No. 4143465), run by Manolo Martinez in Cebu, Philippines. We are responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at manolo@raw-clicks.com.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill in a form on this site (for example, a free audit request or a workshop waitlist), we collect what you type in: usually your name, email address, business name or industry, and your message. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.
What your browser tells us. Like most websites, we use tools that record how people use the site: which pages were visited, roughly where visitors are from, what device and browser they used, and which link or ad brought them here. These tools use cookies and similar technology. The tools are:
- Google Analytics, to understand how people use the site.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.
- Jetpack (by WordPress), for basic site statistics and security.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to you and do what you asked, such as send your audit or workshop details.
- To send updates you signed up for, such as news about a workshop you joined the waitlist for.
- To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, or when the law requires it.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run this site. They process information for us under their own privacy terms:
- Formspree, which receives our form submissions and passes them to our email.
- Google (Analytics and Gmail).
- Meta (Meta Pixel and our Facebook and Instagram ads).
- Bluehost, which hosts this website and our email.
Some of these companies store information outside the Philippines.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as you stay on a list or we are working together, and delete them once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to:
- ask what information we hold about you,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- ask us to delete it,
- stop getting emails from us at any time (reply “stop” to any email, or write to us), and
- file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
To do any of these, email manolo@raw-clicks.com. We will reply within a few working days.
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. You can also manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable services, secure connections (HTTPS), and limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
